In 1985, Ace Cool was flown by helicopter to outside Pipeline/Log Cabins on a 50 foot day and dropped into the channel. He then paddled into what is estimated as an 80 foot wave. This extended weekend combines a beginning kiteboarding camp taught by professional kiteboarders, intermediate – advanced kiteboarding clinics, a film/photo shoot, and a kiteboarding demonstration.
